Getting prepped to run 10 miles by eating 1 cup of old fashioned oats w/ 1 Tbs raisins, 1 Tbs shredded coconut, 3 dried apricots topped with a 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt sweetened with raw honey and 1 boiled egg and 2 egg whites. This is my go to meal before any long run. What is your favorite?
My favorite is 2 eggs and 3 slices of bacon and a piece of home made toast with real butter. Maybe I need to rethink this.
