Todays Stats


It's Friday and I need to go to bed early because I have a 9 mile run tomorrow morning so I need my rest.

Here is What I did today:

4:30 am Bike- 40 minutes, 350 cals
              Abs-crunches: 50
                       -bicycles: 20
5:00 pm Weight lift-upper body, 45 minutes

cals: 1472
fat: 47
pro: 131
fiber: 23.5
