Recap of Saturday

I did some things well and some things not so. I ran my 9 miles, indoors, on a treadmill because my babysitter canceled, but I got it done. I burned 1066 calories per my heart rate monitor. (For those of you who wonder how I burn so many cals/workout, please remember that the more you weigh the more you burn. Enough said.) I ate great for most of the day but not for dinner. I went to the bowling alley with my family. There were NO GOOD CHOICES in sight. So I chose to have chicken strips and onion rings. My totals for the day were ok for the most part except the fat and fiber counts. I am right back on it today though.
